In the publication they emphasize the importance of taking care of ourselves to be able to see ourselves and go out to nightclubs, for the moment the closings are indefinite but it is expected that when we go to the orange traffic light they can reopen following the security measures.

Previously, religious centers such as churches and temples had been closed, in addition to non-essential activities such as gyms, swimming pools, and message centers.

These new measures that will be carried out are due to the fact that Baja California will continue for another week with a red traffic light of maximum alert, which means that hospitals are saturated and cases of contagion are on the rise.

Today there were 900 active cases of coronavirus, Mexicali being the municipality with the most cases of covid-19, with a total of 423 cases, then there are Ensenada and Tijuana with 187 and 163 cases respectively. Then there are San Quintín with 42 cases, Tecate with 26, Rosarito with 21, and the rest are in San Felipe.

Baja California is one of the three states that are on a red light, along with Mexico City and the State of Mexico, so Dr. Alonso Pérez Rico invited citizens to stay at home and avoid going out to buy gifts for Christmas.
